The mission of the Texas Toy Drive is to assist Texas organization in providing a sign of hope to disadvantaged children in the State of Texas.
To a child, a toy is a lot more than just a toy. It can tell a story, or even be the story — the story of fitting in, the story of unity and family and holiday celebration, the story of adults showing up and being present as caretakers. We believe the message we send through simple charity can cause a ripple effect through society. Nearly all human endeavors depend on the trust we have in each other, we want to strengthen that trust by simply providing for others with no prerequisites, no hassle, no expectations of returns.
A child might not think about it when they're young, but as they grow up they will remember that someone was there for them. Our mission is to be that someone for as many kids as we can, and make sure every child feels loved.
